DAMAGED/MISPRINTED ITEMS
If your Product arrive defective, please contact us by filling out our form with your order number, and include a picture of your item explaining the issue, our customer support will be able to assist you.
Please note: Return and exchange your items within Thirty days after receiving your order.
Exchange & Return
Our Product cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. We will pay for the shipping fee if the item is defective or damaged for our reason. Please refer to our Return Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or please contact our customer service for return.
Please note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
